Returning an item to us

It’s important to us that you are happy with the products that you receive.

If for any reason you need to return a product to us then please read the returns information below:

Returns Policy

This returns policy only applies to items bought from, any items purchased from any of our stockists must be returned to the original source of purchase, this is due to contractual obligations we are not able to take back any items purchased from other retailers.

Items can be returned to us within 14 calendar days from the day after the date you received your order.
Items will only be considered for refund/exchange if unused, unworn, unwashed and with all tags (If applicable) attached.

Any items that are personalised or customised cannot be returned – This includes team merchandise and customised poms.

Postage for items sent back is paid by the customer unless there is a fault with the item or the wrong item has been sent to you. Once we have received the item back and after inspection any valid products will be refunded within 10 working days. In order to receive a different size, you will have to place a new order.

Product exchanges are currently not possible, but you do have the option of returning your items if they are found to be faulty. If you are unhappy with your goods we will happily issue a replacement or refund assuming they are returned within 14 calendar days from the day after the date you received your order. We’ll need a photo of the item before a refund can be processed.

If you do need to return an item, please ensure that you enclose a completed returns form with your order. We reserve the right to refuse a return if it fails to meet the above terms.

Please make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service, ensuring your items are well packaged, as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in transit – We recommend Royal Mail Tracked 48.

If you are returning an item from outside the UK, please clearly mark the package ‘Returned Goods’, to avoid any customs charges. I Love Cheer® cannot be responsible for any return custom charges made.

Please note return postage charges are non refundable unless your order is faulty or incorrect.

Returning wrong issued items

If you were to receive an incorrect item, we sincerely apologise. Please contact us as soon as possible providing the full details of your order, so that we can get this matter resolved.

Returning a faulty product

Before returning any faulty products, please fill out our faulty item form, providing images and the relative information, so that we can aim to get this resolved as quickly as possible.
